SPEC's SaniClean™ process is 3rd party verified for microbial cleaning effectiveness. SaniClean™ yields results that have a positive impact on the indoor air quality and yield results recognized by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists as low or normal living conditions. SaniClean™ even tackles carpets with extremely high fungus bacterial content to bring them back to normal condition.
