After years of research, in 1999 DPM launched the SPECS Care division. SPECS Care consist of revolutionary carpet care & restoration technology, panel/upholstery cleaning, and hard surface and grout cleaning. All of the SPECS Care cleaning systems are low-moisture, Green Seal Certified Chemicals and meet LEED EB criteria.
DPM will put together a well planned maintenance program for each facility based on traffic patterns to meet budget needs and life expectancy.
